::I visited Tirana, Albania in May 17-22, 2018 from Canada and rented a compact car with Surprice Albania. While I had no issues with the supplied car and service, I was very surprised to see an not-authorized charge on my credit card, supplied to Surprice for the car's deposit. This happened on the day that I was returning the car. Obviously i notified the bank and closed the card immediately. I can see from reviews, that this happened to other customers of Surprice Albania too. I wrote to the Albanian branch of the company, but i have had no responses so far. i also wrote to the main office in Greece, so they can deal with this case, and take the appropriate steps to protect customer information, that we trust them with. Next time i will pay a bit more and choose a more reputable company to rent from in Albania. Ed.

::This car rental offers excellent service for a reasonable price. We were picked up directly from the airport. The car, (a Dacia Logan)was ready to use and clean. The paperwork went fast. The staff spoke English and German. Drop off was quickly and without problems. I can only recommend this company which offers a price less than 50% compared to the big international companies.

::It’s a low cost scam. Ended up with a fraudulent $950 credit card charge for a Facebook advertisement the day after renting from them, and the car they gave me was a beat up subcompact 2008 Fiat Albea when I had reserved an intermediate class. The manager said they have another subcompact vehicle that’s in a better condition but I would have to pay for full coverage at 6 euros a day otherwise the 2008 Albea is the only choice. Having no good option and being assured the 2008 Albea was in a good condition, I took it but realized the mistake as soon as I got on the highway. The vehicle felt like it was going to fall apart so that following day I gave the manager a call and informed him I would be returning the vehicle earlier. A little bit after informing him of the decision to return the vehicle, I received a notification from my credit card for the $950 Facebook add charge. All of my communication was with the branch manager, Angelo Bogdo. My two cents, pay the slightly higher rental rates with the more reputable companies at the TIA airport and avoid having to deal with shady people and credit card fraud during your trip.

::Un prix aussi bas peut paraître louche comparé aux loueurs traditionnels présents à l’aéroport et pourtant c'est tout aussi fiable et en règle. L'agence est juste en face de l’aéroport à 2 minutes à pieds. Je recommande. Enfin un loueur qui ne nous arnaque pas sur le prix.
