  Rinas is an all-around good car rental service with about average rates and incredibly friendly staff. Another plus is that they're right next to Tirana Airport. Two gripes we had were that one of the seat belts had its head removed, making it unusable, and the engine was difficult to start up using the key. Apart from that, it was a relatively good service.
