  There is always a space for complaint at the post office, but in general they do provide a good service. You will be bothered by the long queue of people mostly at 11 AM 4 PM and 6PM

  There is always a lot of line when you are retrieving packages. However there is no queue management system so expect people to get in front of you.

  Even though it's pretty much the biggest office (and the most crowded) it's not open on sundays. I tried to contact them before going, got no answer in any way. Also, there's no queue management, packages go to wrong offices, you have to wait around an hour for a single package and employees are horribly slow. Overall, horrible service, quite shameful for a national postal company.

  Now that the second branch is opened near Kristaq Rama college, Komuna Parisit, there is no queue anymore, but I don't like the fact that packages get scattered some near the train station 5/1 offices, and some to Komuna Parisit. They said they are working to make it easier so that you could get the packages near to your living area (either office, depending where you live).
