The price for traveling via bus is obviously a good deal - 15 Euro from Tirana to Podgorica. However, waiting 3 hours at the border, the erratic driving, and the shady 1 Euro charge for a "checked bag" were all frustrating. Recommend to other travelers to simply rent a car.
