::I can speak for intensa San paolo branch at Kavaja street Wolsawagen ..Every time I have to come in this branch I have to wait for hours , personnel is very slow and working always with less employer in duty receiving the clients .I complained to the manager but nothing change even the personel is very rude . I think the bank lacks the personnel and management, seems to me that they don't care at all about their clients.
