  Very clean hotel with nice stuff. Very good conferance room for seminar. Good breakfest with fantastic plumbs Jam. I was for seminar here and we were very satisfied.

  So the best place to stay in Shkodra located in center,nice room with a wonderful view .Rooms are clean and nice spacious with high standard.The hotel has a bar and restaurant with nice food i just tried it and it left me speechless.The personal is nice and always trying to help you If you visit Shkodra ,you must visit Rozafa Hotel
