::What a great place. Very quiet. Staff is superb. So far. Just breakfast. Will report again after trying few dinners... I made a special effort to have dinner here on my last night at the hotel. What a great decision. I did not even need a menu - just told him what I wanted to have and they prepared it. It was done Beyond perfection. I will go out of my way on every trip to Albania just to have dinner here. As additional information, please be fortunate enough to meet the owner operator, Jimmy, and his family. He is very engaging and free with his time to share history of the location, of the city, and of his country. I am fortunate now to have a new friend. Update: Business took me to a city 30 miles away for a week - BUT - was not too far to return to Dinasty for dinners - even brought all my business team here - all agreed - OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD
