::Capriccio is a nice place to get coffee or sit with your laptop and finish work, they have excellent wifi. They have a small outdoor area which is rarely ever free. If you can sit outside I will recommend it when it is hot and sunny. Inside is quite dimly lit, which makes for a perfect spot for a night out. I would say probably cheaper than it's other competitors in Bllok. A glass of wine, cost roughly 300 lek, the food is also good they have finger food, their small chicken wrap which comes with chips is presented nicely and cheap. Although bring your own mayo and ketchup as they don't usually give you this. This is busy day and night as a spot due to it's location and great quality/costumer service.
