  Very fast border crossing customs. You can go by walk or by car. The first city in Albania is 1.5km far from the border crossing building. There is no bus service going from the building but some taxi drivers can bring you to the village for 1 or 2 euros. In your way you can see some still standing relics of Albania bunkers

  From there, it's a 15 minutes walk from Tushemisht (and there are already several bunkers on this short way) and 10 minutes to the macedonian border control. Staff is nice. Taxis will ask 1-2 € to Tushemisht (if the weather is bad... Otherwise just walk) , probably double that to Pogradec.

  Customs officers on the both borders were very helpful and very friendly when we asked for a short path to Monastery of Saint Naumi the Abanian customs officers they had no hesitation to help us. They were very precised with directions and made our journey very enjoyable.

  Easy entry from Macedonia. We arrived on foot. At 8am there was no transport but a kind driver gave us a lift to Podgorica.
