  Elbasan is known for having the best Byrek in Albania. At this place I found the best Byrek and Bugace (byrek in a sandwich). Very cheap and very good albanian breakfast. Nice staff. In summer they also have selfmade ice-cream, sweets, etc. It's located close to the bus-station. Best wisches!
