  Nice showroom and nice "welcome", no more. I did regular maintenance for my A4 for 15000 km. After one day, I discovered that: the next maintenance visit written in computer was shorter with 5000 km, the special "theft nut wrench " for tires was damaged, on the body car I found oil fingerprints and oil spots on the engine cover. Next day I came back and claim the damages of "theft wrench nut", I received back an invoice for new normal tires nuts and no excuse " our mechanic said that he used pneumatic wrench but the "theft wrench nut" was ok... in total I lost 65 Euro, almost 6 hours waiting time and almost 500 kilometers driven because I am not leaving in Tirana. Check very well what did the mechanic before to leave the place!
