  Such a bad service at the hotel. had my wedding there and most of the rooms were reserved from my family,relatives and friends from NY. No receptionist at all (had to find a waiter at the restorant to get the room key), and I was not the only one to run after the waiter. My friends were called by the menager meanwhile the wedding was happening, to pay for the hotel (So rude and disrespectful), other members of my family were charged extra for the room while the menager SAID WE WON`T charge extra. Also we had to wait for the breakfast the next day,cause the chef wasn`t there. Waste of money and time.

  Ambjente prrallore me nje sherbim dhe pritje te shkelqyer E kshilloj per t'gjith The host was amazing and the service was great . We highly recommend it

  Very fancy place, beautiful design. Food is amazing. Perfect for elegant events or weddings.
