  Rubish service in this branch. We went here for our monthly bank statements. The short woman with blackhait situated to the sportel next to staff coordinatore, which served us was a ethicaly very rude in her behaviour. She was trying to Emphasise that she was clever so on she saw us with scorn any time she spoke. While we asked questions she replied in a very grumpy way with not reason driven toward us being as client and having savings and investment on this bank. I would most probably and personally rate her as a really crust person to hold such us position in a bank with unprofessional advices. At last she was very laisy to fullfill the requests which she was supposed to attached to our attestation. While we finished and tried to leave she did not even say a word or greet us in the way that bank custumers deserve worldwide.
