  The most rudest staff and service i have ever seen in Albania. They are in a mode that they dont need any more customer and they have no customer services procedures. On the other hand, they dont speak english even though they understand you very well.

  I am here now. I have purchased two items from this establishment and I also picked up something to eat from off the street. Two employees come up to me and tell me that I am not allowed to eat the food that I brought from an outside place. Normally this should be okay because I have made a purchase here. But they are unwilling and not being reasonable. So therefore I will take my business elsewhere. To improve on their customer service they should allow customers to eat their snacks that they have. I understand if a person comes in and doesn't order anything. But if a customer comes in with a friend and makes several purchases, but also has a snack with them, then it would only be natural to allow them to stay instead of saying that they need to leave to eat their snack.
