  Very friendly and helpful staff , they went out of their way to direct me to where I was planning to go. It was obvious that they were well trained in courtesy and handling of customers. Car was as new and the picking up and returning to/from the airport went without a glitch. I can highly recommend Hertz / Tirana to any discerning traveller

  Hertz car rental was perfect for us. They picked us up at the airport, took us to their office minutes away, and set us up in a great car. Online research reveals their prices to be very good, and they are across the street from the airport. This makes for a very convenient place to drop off your car, stay at a very nice place and get to the airport. Friendly staff and great service….Thank You guys

  The ladies/guys at the front desk are truly friendly, experienced and are not out to get your money. They genuinely want you to have a good experience driving in Albania and other nearby countries. Very helpful with driving tips and suggestions since it was my first visit. The check in/out processes were smooth and of course it helped that I didn't have a single nick on the vehicle. They even went out of their way to come in to the office when I arrived late for the drop off, and were back there early morning to take me to the airport. Thanks for making my visit easy and pleasant and I'd be sure to come back again. Highly recommended… Justin

  It was the most pleasant car rental experience I’ve ever had. From beginning to end. The price was exactly as we expected, no up-charges or anything, and no pressure to make me upgrade. Every single person we ran into was polite and very friendly. The whole process of both picking up and dropping off were seamless and fast. The car we rented was super clean, in a great condition and felt like new. Between the respect they showed, super fast service, vehicle quality, pick-up and drop-off to/from the airport to their grand facility only 3 minutes away, Hertz Albanian puts to shame many companies of this kind, including the ones in London, Paris, Munich, NYC, San Fran etc. Take this from an individual that travels and rents cars 200+ days out of the year.   If you’re looking for a car rental company that offers a wide selection of vehicles for a very good price, you are at the right place. Easy booking on-line, at the airport or their offices that are 5 min walking distance or a phone call away. A very cordial, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff that will get you packing and on the road in minutes. No additional charges for the airport concession, the rental facility, car’s registration etc… You just cannot go wrong; I highly recommend it.
