  I have travelled a lot in Albania, and by far, this is the best service that I have ever recived. The staff is kind and the prices are reasonable. Great experience! :)

  So bed service ! A company chat for money ！As soon as we have paid the tickets ,the company worker change attitude fastly ，she ask us to get out of the office right now and close the door heavily .when we ask about the arrive time of bus，she just said that it is nothing about her .when the hours we stand outside in the cold wind ，there is always someone into that company quarrel for them ，because they are also chatted by this company .

  Always seems to have some sorta stupid setup when it comes to travelling via the coach. Time match ups make little to zero sense. If you travel to Kosovo and get the 6am bus then you MUST be on the 3pm bus back. Keep in mind it takes 4 hours to get there. If you get the 7am bus then you must be on the 5pm bus. Makes absolutely zero sense considering the buses aren't even busy. Also not accepting local currency being the Albanian LEK and instead only taking Euro seems rather unusual and unfair as if you want to transfer currency in an exchange they will change your currency into LEK and then into Euro thus losing even more value. But anyway I find Drita Travel not the best in the city despite its appealing look from outside and of course inside too looking good. However I'd recommend using a different travel agency simply because of my multiple experiences with this company have not been great and this has kinda sealed the deal of me using them again.
