  I recently shipped a dowry chest from Tirana to Wisconsin, USA. I wanted to rave about how enormously helpful the DHL office in TIrana was. They helped us overcome many problems. The chest actually arrived before we did in perfect shape. Thank you!

  Sherbimi me kot dhe I kushtueshem, pako qe kisha porositur ju desh 3 dite te vije nga singapori dhe 3 dite nga dhl ne shqiperi pfff. Sherbimi zero kontakt nga kompania dhl zero do kish ardh me shpejt me posten shqiptare se me keta. Pergjigja e kompanise qershi mbi torte po ka procedura duhen ndjekur nderkohe ste informojne fare as te marrin ne telefon

  First experience with d h l . Terrible. My fiance sent his old mobile to me using the "great" dhl company. He paid for everything from Canada andddd when the phone arrived to Albania,they started calling me asking if the phone was new. I explained to them that it was his phone and what does that have to do with it. Butttt they asked me to pay AGAIN for the phone as a used phone. Can you imagine? Why do i have to pay for something that is already paid before!! Can you see the accuracy of this company??? After 4more days i got the phone which both me and my fiance paid for Second time i ve got to deal with this company,is actually now. I ve sent a package to my sister in germany. The package finished the check in the customs duty and...is still there since 20august. Today is 24 and i ve been calling the service customer here in Albania for days to contact the company there in germany to f* take the package and do their job and...still nothinggg. I asked them to talk to their superiors and they always say "they aren t here yet" ? Can you only try to imagine how i m feeling ? No solution no clear responses no correctness NO SERVICE. FROM DHL

  Shume e pa kenaqur me sherbimin. Ka 11 dite dhe akoma nuk ka vajtur dergesa ne destinacion dhe pse eshte paguar per express.
