  This café is a brilliant stop by for anyone traveling to or in Albania. Its service is astonishing with its kindness and hardworking waiters, including great drinks and snacks offered on the menu. The hot drinks like coffee and cappuccino are also done superbly, something that most cafes struggle back in England. The café cooks up superb meals, with a fantastic range of foods in its menu and amazing prices for the quality of food you will be getting. The scenery of Bar kafe Armando is a must see. With all the amazing stone work laid on the floor and the side of the walls, with colours to draw anyone and just gaze at its natural beauty, and tress so green and kept well beautifully, with the colourful pants by some corners. The inside of the café is an outstanding sight with their huge painting of the mountain that the café is on, with detail and something special that you can take a photo of and share to your friends and family. The sides around Bar Kafe Armando are also beautifully kept well in shape, all being clean and really something special for anyone who goes by. This really show how lovely and caring the owners are and how much it means for them to give the best for their customers. The area is in a really refreshing area, by the side on a mountain, which is brilliant for when it’s an Albanian hot summer as it receives a smooth, feel of breeze which is like heaven as you take a sip of your favourite drink by the astonishing view the café reveals form its place. The whole south side of light green beautiful Pllane, the whole light, blue river of Lumi Mat, on to see the whole small, tidy village of Milot. On the north side of plane, it’s even more spectacular with the old smooth road that goes down the mountain in a swirl with the turns allowing you to see the west side of plane, witnessing the house of all the people living there and their old styled school. On the east side there is a very old road you can go along and see the amazing view of the mountain and the houses around the area, witnessing all the lovely and kind people in Albania get on with their life. And the further you go, the more of nature you will see and even more astonishing views of the mountains. From the mountain you can see the whole west of Albania in front of your own very eyes, with the site of the sea Shaw and the rest of the sea up ahead, an outstanding view that everyone should come to witness in Albania. During the summer this area of Albania is by far the best with all its historical sites and beautiful scenery that Albania holds, especially here in Pllane, with this outstanding café.
