  I've bought one apartment through Albania Property Group and I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They will take you for a property tour and will help with all the paper work and they can also organize renting your apartment out while you are not using it. They have customers from all over Europe and even outside of Europe. Highly recommended!

  Horrible experience! Albania Property Group had rented out my conditioned for sale condo without my permission, ruined furniture and equipment and stole all the rent money. I listed my 2 bed 2 bath condo for sale with Albania Property Group, Saranda local office in mid September 2016. after being impressed with good reviews presented on their company website. Currently living in the USA, I went back to Albania to check on the condo (without warning my agent) 3 month later, in December 2016. To my nightmare fond the unit trashed. After getting a plummer to turn the water back on (water had obviously been turned off by agent) I found out that main bathroom toilet water tank was leaking, Bathroom sink was also leaking, Sleeper sofa in living room was stained beyond repair. Laminate floor in living room was damaged after seemingly been washed with to much water by some untrained person. Pissed off as I was I wanted to retrieve my keys to apartment as soon as possible.Called the agent, Arta, who officially runs the office and told her that i just arrived had no other keys to my condo on me. .She was alarmed and responded that they keep all keys in the car and her husband had left with car for Tirana (280 km away)!. She said she could have put me to sleep in another condo for the night but all the keys were in the car that husband was driving! Asked her to call husband and have the keys send back with the occasional buss drivers he could meet on the road (a common practice in Albania). Somehow she managed to get me my condo keys about one hour later and I told her that in fact I had another set but I needed my keys back because I had found out that she had used my condo as a rental or lived there herself without my permission and had caused a damage to my property of about 2 thousand dollars and that I will present the bill to their company principal I. Konomi in Tirana. . The next day some guy calls me and tells me in a threatening tone : "I am the husband of the girl you have complained about your apartment being damaged and I want to come and see the damage." This guy came to see the apartment and down played the damages, but admitted to have turned the water off because, according to him flexible pipes could burst on their own(!).. regarding the damaged floor he said that "you have done it yourself'". I asked him why is there some female name ("Vjollca" ) attached as a name tag to my set of keys.. The husband said in a cocky tone that he does not not know why but has to many sets of keys, and he has to many customers like me, which names he inter mingles. He showed to at my request other sets of keys (of other naive poor Saranda apartment owners who live in other counties). There were no more than 30 sets of keys in a plastic bag in his car. He could not prove that there was some other appartment owner named Vjollca.. Apparently that female had been using my condo and paying rent to my agent Arta and the her husband who pocketed at my expense.
