  Fantastic! My waiter Endri was fantastic as well! The restaurant is really elegant and the layout is nice. It didn't take long to be seated and we were treated like Kings. I will definitely return here!

  +39 is a really elegant bar/restaurant which would explain it's popularity with local celebs. This street is generally more expensive, a glass of wine costs roughly 600 lek. I have been here for a few glasses of wine and would agree that they have good quality wine and fast service. However because of it's price I would save it gets a 4 rather than a 5 star rating

  Came in for coffee and breakfast. Excellent omelette and great service. The waiter was knowledgeable and very polite. Beautiful atmosphere too.
